Refund Policy

NkosiDraw does not issue refunds. Every subscription payment is final and non-refundable.

By paying you confirm that you understand this policy before you send any USDT. If you are unsure, do not subscribe.

NkosiDraw is a digital, analytical service. The moment your payment is matched on-chain, your account is granted immediate access to premium predictions, historical boards, accuracy tracking and alerts. The product is delivered in full and instantly — there is nothing physical to return and nothing we can claw back once you have used it.

Subscriptions are paid in USDT on the TRC20 (Tron) network. Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible by design: once confirmed, a payment cannot be reversed, recalled, or charged back like a card payment. This is a property of the blockchain, not of NkosiDraw.

NkosiDraw analyses published lottery history for patterns and generates candidate boards with a written rationale. It does not, and cannot, guarantee a win. Lottery draws are random events, and no analysis, model or artificial intelligence can predict a random draw or improve your mathematical odds.

You are paying for access to analysis and ideas — not for a prize, not for a winning ticket, and not for any guaranteed outcome. Dissatisfaction with results is therefore not a basis for a refund. See also our Terms & Conditions.

• Premium access costs USD 9.99 per month (reduced from USD 50 as a launch discount), paid in USDT on the TRC20 network only.
• Each invoice carries a unique amount (for example 9.9731 USDT) so we can identify your payment on-chain. Send the exact amount — underpayments, overpayments and wrong-network transfers may not be matched and are generally unrecoverable.
• Access activates automatically once the matching transfer confirms. Because delivery is immediate, the paid month is non-refundable from that point onward.
• There is no automatic recurring debit. Each month is paid manually with a fresh invoice; if you do not pay, access simply ends at the close of the paid period.
• Blockchain network fees are your cost and are not part of the subscription price.

You can cancel at any time by simply not renewing. Your access stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for, then lapses automatically. Cancelling does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid.

Accounts that breach our terms, abuse the service, attempt payment fraud, or are used by someone under 18 may be closed without refund. Suspending your own account, or choosing to stop using the service, does not trigger a refund for the unused portion of a paid period.

We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, upstream source outages, blockchain congestion and third-party failures can temporarily interrupt data ingestion, payment matching or board generation. A short, partial outage is not grounds for a refund. If we fail to deliver the service for a sustained period due to our own fault, contact us and we will consider a goodwill credit or pro-rata remedy on a case-by-case basis — this is discretionary and never guaranteed.

If a payment is sent to the wrong address, on the wrong network, or for the wrong amount, it may not be matched to your account. Such funds are generally unrecoverable on the blockchain and are not our responsibility, and they are not refundable by us. Always copy the address and amount from your own invoice and confirm the network is TRC20 before sending.

We may update this policy. The date above shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Because refunds are not offered, changes here will not affect payments already made.
