These terms govern your use of nkosidraw.com and the NkosiDraw prediction terminal. By creating an account, subscribing or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old. Playing the South African National Lottery is your own decision and your own responsibility; you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you are. One account per person.

NkosiDraw ingests published South African lottery results, computes statistics over them (frequency, gaps, pairs, sum bands, odd/even splits) and uses an AI analyst to assemble candidate boards with a written rationale. It is an analysis and idea-generation tool.

It is not a guarantee of any result, not financial advice, and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Ithuba or the South African National Lottery.

Lottery draws are random events. No statistical model, pattern analysis or artificial intelligence can predict a random draw or improve your mathematical odds. SA Lotto jackpot odds are roughly 1 in 20 million per board and nothing on this site changes that. Any past performance, hit rate or accuracy figure shown on the site is historical reporting only and says nothing about future draws.

Never stake money you cannot afford to lose. Play responsibly. If gambling is causing you harm, seek support from the South African Responsible Gambling Foundation.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Give accurate account details and keep your email address current — it is how we send payment and access notices.

• Premium access costs USD 50 per month, paid in USDT on the TRC20 (Tron) network.
• Each invoice is issued with a unique amount (for example 50.0731 USDT) sent to the wallet address shown at checkout. That unique amount is how we identify your payment.
• Access activates automatically once the matching transfer is confirmed on-chain — usually within minutes. If it does not activate, contact us with your transaction hash.
• There is no automatic card debit. Each month is paid manually by generating a new invoice; access ends at the end of the paid period if a new payment is not matched.
• Send the exact amount, on TRC20 only. An underpayment, an overpayment, a payment sent after the invoice expires, or a transfer sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address may not be matched automatically. Funds sent to the wrong network or address are generally unrecoverable and are not our responsibility.
• Network fees charged by the blockchain are yours to pay and are not part of the subscription price.
• We may change the price with notice; changes apply to future invoices, not paid periods.

Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible. Because access is delivered immediately on payment, subscription fees are non-refundable once access has been activated. You can cancel at any time simply by not renewing — your access stays live until the end of the period you already paid for. If we fail to deliver the service for a sustained period due to our own fault, contact us and we will consider a credit or pro-rata remedy in good faith.

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, bulk-export or automate access to the terminal, predictions or APIs.
• Resell, redistribute, republish or sublicense boards, analysis or content from the site.
• Share your account, or use one subscription to serve multiple people or a syndicate service.
• Reverse-engineer, probe or interfere with the site, its security or its infrastructure.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to mislead others about what it can do.

Draw results are ingested automatically from publicly published sources. Data can lag, contain source errors, or be temporarily incomplete after a draw. Always confirm results against the official National Lottery announcement before acting on them. Accuracy and scoring figures on the site are derived from this stored data and inherit its limitations.

The NkosiDraw name, logo, design, code and written content belong to us. Raw lottery results are public facts and are not claimed as ours. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the service while your account is active.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service, attempts payment fraud, or is used by someone under 18 — without refund. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, upstream source outages, blockchain congestion and third-party failures can interrupt data ingestion, payment matching or board generation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NkosiDraw is not liable for gambling losses, unclaimed or missed prizes, lost profits, lost data, mistaken or misdirected crypto transfers, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may update these terms. The date above shows the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes to subscription terms will be notified by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
